Who can use this site
The material on this site and any advertisements that it contains are directed solely at those aged 18 years and over,
who are resident in and who access the website from UK mainland only. The products and services described on this site are
restricted to customers requiring cars for their own usage who are resident in the UK mainland only. Our cars are not
available to those that reside in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or any country outside England,
Scotland or Wales.
Use of your personal information, credit reference agencies
In considering any application you may make to us to enter into a credit or leasing agreement, we will search your record
with credit reference agencies. They will add to your record details of our search and your application and this will be seen
by other organisations that make searches. Searches will be made in respect of Directors and Partners of firms applying
for credit.
Information held about you by the credit reference agency may already be linked to records relating to other people with whom
you have a financial association. In connection with your application, you may be treated as financially linked with them and
assessed with reference to any such associated records.
If you are a joint applicant or if you have told us of some other financial association with another person, you are declaring
that you are entitled to:
- disclose information about your joint applicant and anyone else referred to by you
- authorise us to search, link or record information at credit reference agencies about you and anyone else referred to by you
We will use a credit scoring system when assessing your application
We may contact your employer(s) and/or accountants to confirm the information you have given us is correct.
We will also add to your record with the credit reference agencies details of your agreement with us, the payments you make under it,
and any default or failure to keep to its terms, any change of address you fail to tell us about where a repayment is overdue.
These records will be shared with other organisations and used by us and them to help make decisions about credit and credit related
services such as insurance for you and members of your household, trace debtors, recover debt, prevent money laundering and fraud, and to manage your accounts.
For these purposes we or they may make further searches. Although these searches will be added to your record, they will not be
shared with others.
If you give us false or inaccurate information and fraud is identified, details will be passed to the fraud prevention agencies.
We and other organisations may also access and use this information to prevent fraud and money laundering, for example when:
- checking details on applications for credit and credit related or other facilities
- managing credit and credit related accounts or facilities
- recovering debt
- checking details on proposals and claims for all types of insurance
- checking details of job applicants and employees
In addition, law enforcement agencies may access and use this information.
We and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies.
For these purposes we or they may make further searches. Although these searches will be added to your record, they will not be shared with others.
We and the credit reference agencies will also use the the records for statistical analysis about credit.

whom we pass information about you. You have a legal right to these details.
Sharing your information with others
We will keep information about you and about your agreement on a Group database. Any company in our Group with which you have an agreement or which receives an application from you, may use and update this centrally held information for the purposes of such agreement and application, to help establish your identity, to recover amounts owing and to prevent fraud.
We may pass information about you and your agreement to anyone we have appointed to help administer your agreement, to insurance companies, or to recover amounts owing or to anyone to whom we transfer the agreement. We may discuss your agreement with the importer or manufacturer.
We may also give an early settlement quotation to any dealer who, with your consent, asks us for one.
You have a right to receive a copy of the information we hold about you if you apply to us in writing. A fee will be payable.
Using your information for marketing purposes
We may use your information in order to select and tell you about products and services available from us or from other companies
in our Group and the Lloyds Banking Group of companies which may be of interest to you and we may share your information with them
for analysis for marketing purposes or so that they may contact you about their products and services. We may also use your information
to tell you about products and services which we can introduce from selected businesses outside our Group. We may pass your information to
the manufacturer or importer for possible further business with you and to agencies conducting market research for us.
You have the right at any time to ask us not to contact you or give your details to others for these purposes. You may write to our Customer Care Department
at P.O. Box 250 Cardiff CF10 5UD if you wish us to stop. You also have the right at any time to ask us not to telephone you for sales purposes.

How to voice your concern
We take pride in the service we offer to our customers and our number one priority is to provide you with the highest level of customer service. If there is a problem
please let us know - we'll try to provide a solution as quickly as possible.

- Agreement number
- Full details of your concern
- What you think we should do to put things right
- Copies of any paperwork supporting your concern (please keep originals)
We will confirm receipt of your concern and keep in contact with you until our enquiries have been completed.
Our Service Promise
When you contact us about a concern, we will try and resolve it by the end of the next business day. If we are unable to do this, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your concern by writing to you
- Tell you who will be handling your concern
- Aim to give you a full response within 10 working days. If we cannot meet this commitment, we'll keep you advised of progress and the options
available to you at regular intervals
- Explain the next steps if we're unable to reach an acceptable resolution
What to do if you are still dissatisfied

They will review your concern and arrange for a reply to be sent to you. They will aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. In certain
situations further investigation may be required, if so you will be advised of this and kept informed of the progress. The reply will outline your
concern and the company's considered response and explain the next steps you can take if an acceptable solution is not agreed.
The Financial Ombudsman Service
The Financial Ombudsman Service can consider your concern if it relates to an agreement or activity regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (provided
that you are not a limited company, large business, charity or trust). We will tell you if the Financial Ombudsman Service will be unable to consider your case.
The Financial Ombudsman Service provides consumers with a free, independent service for resolving disputes. Please remember that they will normally only consider
your concern after you've been through our own procedures.

The Finance & Leasing Association
The Finance & Leasing Association also offers a free, independent service for resolving disputes. If you are not eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Service, for example if you are a limited company,
you can write to them setting out your concern. Initially they will raise your concern with a senior official of the company and then offer an arbitrated service if the concern cannot be resolved.

Glass's Proprietary Consumer Used Car Valuation Data.
The cars covered by the valuation service are car models introduced into the UK market during the last 9 years. It will exclude cars
under six months old. Cars outside Glass's age and mileage ranges, some specialist or limited edition cars, cars in short supply or rare
models will not have a value.
Car prices are affected by many different factors such as regional variations, sales promotions, and a dealer's perceived view of the
condition of a car. The amount quoted should be used as a guide only.
Glass's Consumer Retail will exercise all reasonable care and skill in providing their valuations, using information obtained in
good faith from sources unconnected to Glass's Consumer Retail. Glass's Consumer Retail do not accept responsibility for errors, omissions,
liability or loss suffered as a result of the use of the valuation by any user or any other party.
All valuations given are on a basis of a single transaction with a bona fide motor dealer, involving the sale of a car in part exchange
for the purchase of a different car from the same dealer. They are not cash values, replacement prices, private sales values or insurance
settlements, and therefore must not be used for any other valuation purposes.
Retail Price Description
The "dealer asking price" or "windscreen price" is not necessarily the price a consumer would actually pay, as it may be subject to negotiation,
discount or an extra allowance on the value of your own car. It will also vary depending on any special offers applicable at the time, condition,
length of warranty and any options and extras that may be fitted. The Glass's Consumer Retail valuation updates the consumer values on the first
of each month while the cars displayed are valued by Lex Autolease Limited on an individual basis using up to date data at the time
of advertisement.
